La Tecnostampi nasce nel 1964 come OFF.MECC. D.V.B., che svolge l’attività di progettazione e costruzione di modelli e stampi per minuterie metalliche e plastica. Nell’arco dei primi 16 anni si è consolidata diversificando la propria produzione. Nel 1980 nell’ambito di fornire un servizio globale ai clienti viene inserito nel ciclo produttivo lo stampaggio di tecnopolimeri e leghe leggere la costruzione di automazioni e attrezzature speciali; incrementando nel tempo i macchinari, il personale e esperienza produttiva.

Attualmente il nostro personale è composto da 20 operai 5 tecnici di reparto 1 direttore sala stampaggio, 1 responsabile ufficio tecnico 1 resp. qualità e 4 impiegati. Il ciclo lavorativo di 24 ore si svolge in 3 turni lavorativi di 8 ore su 5 giorni settimanali.

Il gruppo delle macchine attualmente disponibile per il reparto stampaggio è composto da circa 25 presse da 30 a 700 tonnellate, che possono stampare da 05 a 3.500 grammi di mat. plastiche e minuterie metalliche fino a 500 gr., i tecnopolimeri disponibili a magazzino per lo stampaggio sono: Policarbonato, Poliuretano, Poliammide 6/66, Poliestere, ABS Polipropilene, Polistirolo, SAN, PMMA.

Il reparto costruzione stampi/attrezzature comprende torni paralleli e a CNC, fresatrici universali e a CNC a 3 e 5 assi, elettrorosione programmabili a filo e tuffo, trapani verticali, foratrici. Rettifica multipla, saldatrice TIG/MIG per riporti speciali.

Il nostro ufficio tecnico dispone di sistema CAD/CAM 3D per la progettazione/modellazione superfici e prototipazione dei particolari in stereolitografia.

"Tecnostampi" was founded in 1964 as a mechanic's workshop "Officina Meccanica D.V.B.". Its main activity was the planning and the construction of models and moulds for small metallic parts and for the injection of various kinds of plastics.
During the first 16 years the company consolidated its activities diversifying its production.

Around 1980, the times were ready for trying to give to their customers a global service. During this period were introduced in the operating cycle of the company, the moulding of tecnopolymers and light alloys, the construction of automations and special tools for various kinds of productions.
The Company rose his productivity and the quality of its final products by increasing the number of new machinery, qualified workers and more experienced staff. The natural consequence to this great development of new activities, was the transformation of the small company "Officina Meccanica D.V.B." into "Tecnostampi s.r.l.".

Due to a higher and higher demand from its customers the load of work has always been very constant and very good so that the productive cycle has consequently been of 24 hours per day divided into three shifts of 8 hours each.
The moulding department is at present equipped with 25 injection presses, which capacity varies from 30 to 700 tons and therefore capable to mould articles from 0,5 grams up to 3.500 grams of plastic materials and small metallic parts up to 500 grams. The tecnopolymers mostly used by "Tecnostampi" are: policarbonate, polyurethane, polyamide 6/66, polyester, abs. Polypropilene, polystyrene, "SAN" and "PMMA".
The department for the production of the moulds and equipments of all kinds, has at present the following machines: parallel lathes and cnc lathes, universal and cnc milling machines with 3 and 5 axles. There are vertical drills, automatically programmed elektroerosion, boring machines one multiple precision grinding machine and one welding machine tig/mig for special fillings.
Our technical department is already equipped, since sometimes with a cad/cam 3 d system, used for the planning and the modelling of surfaces. It is also used for the planning of the prototypes of special parts in stereolithography.
